Background Information

Berkley Training Academy is situated in the heart of Cape Town. The academy offers focused skills training in the areas of Data – Capturing, Communication Sciences, foreign languages, call centre training, computer studies, as well as various other soft skills training and recruitment solutions.

Sharief Stoffels is the head of the academy. He spent years in the corporate environment as a senior sales co-ordinator and trainer, training for one of South Africa’ s largest call centres who is now also one of our clients.
